Description

Tomato dosai is made up of rice ,toor dal and tomatoes.. The flavour of toor dal and tomato makes us to fel so yummy..1. soak the rice and dals for 4 hrs. 2. cut the tomatoes into pieces and grind it separetely. 3. then grind the rice and dals along with redchilli and coconut 4. after grinding the rice mix it with grinded tomato juice 5. after mixing ,add salt for taste 6. keep the batter aside for 3 -4 hrs, NO NEED FOR FERMENTING the whole night. 7. heat the pan and make like normaldosai.. it goes well with all chutney ,sambhar and podi.. NOTE: 1.
