Description

Rice preparations with tomatoes,methi and curd1.Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan and add Cumin seeds and Mustard seeds, . 2.After the cumin and mustard seeds splutter,add cashews lightly roast to golden colour,next add green chillies,curry leaves,all masalas and saute for a minute.Add the chopped onions and fry till they turn golden brown 3.Add chopped methi leaves,let it cook for 2 mins. 4.Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for about 4-5 mins or until they turn mushy. 5.Add water,curd,salt and bring to boil; Add the rice(soak rice for 1 hour),close the lid and cook on sim until done. 6.Turn off the stove and add corriander and mix well.
