Description

its a very spicy indian mushroom curry . its a gravy that goes well with white rice, dosas, and idlis. in a pan , heat oil, add the ingredients in hte following order and wait till they splatter-cumin black and white, kuz kuz, clove, cinnamon, pepper corns, chillis, whole danya, grated coconut, fry till brown in low flame, and turn into fine paste which is thick as soft. next in a new pan just add onion, ginger garlic paste, when slight brown add turmeric powder, then curry leaves, then add mushroom, and fry for 5 minutes, when mushroom ozes little water, and i half cooked, add then add the paste to it. once done let it cook fine in low flame for another 10-15 miutes and sprinkle cilantro and serve hot with boiled rice.
