Description

These are very healthy and easy to make. They can also be made with Beef or mutton.Mix well all above ingredients in a bowl. Roll into golf size balls, flatten into a cutlet and keep in the fridge until ready to serve. Keeping in the friedge helps to hold them firm. Heat oil in a fry pan, fry the cutlets about 5 to 6 mins on each side until golden brown. Do not over cook or they will become too dry. Serve hot or cold. I make these and keep in the fridge for the kids inbetween meals snacks. They just pick a bread, place a cutlet in it.
