Soak rice for two hours. dice paneer, potatoes. in a bowl add paneer, potatoes,beans,peas,curd,salt,coriander powder,gingergarlic paste,oil,slit green chilies. mix them well . set aside to marinate. slice onions. fry half of onions in oil,salt,rice flour,little biryani masala. (u can use shop bought fried onions instead) in a flat pan add oil. add all whole garam masala. add rest of the onions. add salt. add turmeric powder. saute for some time. add biryani masala.saute for some more time. add marinated vegetables and mix well. after frying it little. not fully cooked. keep it aside. boil water in a rice pan. when it boils add salt a some of the chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves. add the soaked and washed rice.cook it 75%. drain water and keep aside. in the biryani pan.add ghee.pour the fried vegetables.pour half cooked rice.top with fried onions and rest of the coriander leaves and mint leaves.put ghee on top as well. seal the pan tightly with a cloth and heavy lid. cook for 20 mins at slow flame. let it rest fo2 another 20 mins.
