My mother in law taught me this wonderful recipe....it melts in your mouth...1.. First take the rice flour and add melted butter to it ... 2.. mix the dough until smoothusing very less water or no water.. 3..now take dough and make very small balls like chocate chip size..and should be very soft like gulab jamuuns.. 4..heat the oil.. 5..now put these small balls into the oil slowly...be careful they may break 6..remove them from heat when they turn golden brown.. 7..now in another pan add water and add jaggery and mix well ... 8...heat the jaggery syrup until it forms strings.. 9..add elaichi powder into the syrup... 10...now add the balls into the syrup and remove them... 11..continue with other balls in the same way... 12...let them cool and then serve... 13..Venna undalu are ready....
