POMEGRANATE CHUTNEY1

An innovative and tangy dip made with pomegranate, spicy and tangy in taste. Pomegranate chutney or anardana ki chutney is a quick and easy chutney recipe.

• Dry roast cumin seeds in a pan.
• Crush garlic, roasted cumin with pestle and keep aside.
• Take a bowl, add pomegranate, crushed cumin and garlic mixture, salt, red chili powder and mix nicely.

For tempering:

• Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and saute it, later add to pomegranate mixture and mix it.
