Description

This is simple breakfast and also eaten as snack which is a andhra recipe. 1. Grate the bottle gourd, wash and strain them 2. In the grinder add onions, green chilies, salt, jaggery and blend into coarse paste. 3. To the rice flour add bottle gourd mixture, soaked bengal gram, cumin seeds, curry leaves and grinded mixture. 4. Now also add finely chopped onions, if require add some water and make a dough, then keep it aside. 5. Heat oil in pan and on other plate make small balls of the dough on the wet cloth and place a hole in centre of them. 6. Now deep fry them in oil.
