Description

Curd snacks is a Andhra snack recipe, this is spicy and tasty which is best eaten at snack time and as a side dish with lunch.

1. Take a bowl and add curd, all purpose flour, chick pea flour, wheat flour, sooji rava, green chilli paste and soak it for 1 hour. 2.Then add onion pieces, coriander leaves, salt, turmeric powder, tomato pieces, cooking soda and mix thoroughly. 3.Then make small balls of it. 4. Then heat oil in a pan and deep fry them, until brown colour. 5. Now hot curd snack is ready to serve.
