Description

Recipe contains Capsicum ,cashew ,panner, Fenugreek leaves.

Take a Pan add 2 Table spoons of Oil ,add Cumin seeds and uraddal fry until uraddal turns brown colour, we will take grinding part also, take fresh Grated Coconut, sesame seeds ,roasted peanuts, soaked cashews in water make the paste of all these in a grinder. Then in the pan add onions make the onions to fry smoothly, then add capsicums and potatoes, add turmeric powder, and chilli powder. Let them fry close the pan with lid. In the mean time mix FenuGreek leaves with salt so that it leaves its bitterness then wash fenugreek leaves again add add to the pan then add Paneer and and the grinded paste too add some salt as per requirement, Add some water and let it cook for 10 minutes,then when the oil comes out curry add Butter and cilantro and Serve your Dish...
