Kheema Mutti is a very popular Hyderabadi non-vegetarian snack that is well-like for its delicious and yummy taste. This is a very special dish which often tops the list of non-vegetarian starters. This snack is also made during most Iftar parties during the Ramzaan season. Combined with a variety of spices and fresh herbs, the mutties are traditionally deep fried and served hot but this Kheema Mutti recipe is just beyond imagination, simple and fast to prepare.


The inclusion of cheese and cream offers a pleasant taste and keep them moist and juicy on bite. Air frying the Kheema mutti is a brilliant way of cooking, easy to prepare, uses hardly any oil for frying. Recipe of Kheema Mutti:



Ingredients:


Minced Lamb meat         -       250 gms


Ginger, chopped              -       1 tsp


Garlic, chopped               -       1 tsp


Garam masala                 -       ¼ tsp


Chilli pd                            -       1 tbsp


Kababchini                       -       ¼ tsp


Coriander leaves             -       1 tbsp


Onion, chopped               -       1 no


Mint leaves                       -       1 tbsp


Lime juice                         -       1 no


Nutmeg                             -       pinch


Egg yolk                            -       1 or 2


Cheese                              –      1 tbsp


Cream                              –      2 tbsp


Salt                                   -       to taste


Directions:



  1. In a mixing bowl, add all the above ingredients and mix well.

  2. Make them into small dumplings and slightly flatten them and keep aside.

  3. Preheat the Airfryer at 200 degree C for 3 minutes.

  4. Open the tray and drop the kheema mutties and fry for 6 mins at 200 degree C.

  5. Remove and serve with any sauce of your choice.
