Ingredients used in Chennai Mutton Chukka
• Mutton - 300 grams.
• Garlic - 10 numbers.
• Fennal seeds - 3 teaspoons.
• Chilli powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Coriander powder - 4 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Red chilli whole - 4 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Corinder leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Oil - as required.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Cook the mutton into the pressure cooker around 5 to 6 vessels. Take fennel seed, garlic with skin. make acoarsepaste without adding water in a blender. Heat a pan with oil add the mixture of fennel and garlic paste, mix for 1minute and Add 3 to 4 red chilli whole (Red Chilli is Optional). Add Curry leaves, add cooked mutton, add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix it well. Add the stock of mutton, balance in the pressure cooker. cook until the moisture evaporate. Add Corianderleaves and its ready to serve.
