Hence the name of the dish is Hara Bhara Kabab, a luscious, mouth-melting kabab made with the goodness of greens. Nowadays, kids are very choosing on eating especially green leafy vegetables.

They normally hate eating green veggies and we parents force them on eating as they are nutritious and healthy. Normally we add them into dals (lentil stew), or make a spinach curry etc. To really feed your kids healthy and nutritious green leafy vegetables, firstly we must look for creative ways of preparing different snack item with the greens so that they get tempted in eating such foods like making a quiche with spinach stuffing or a palak wrap or Frankie, or add them in colorful fresh and zesty salads etc.
