Ingredients used in Adraki Palak Tawa Kebab Gingery Spinach Kabab
• Coriander seeds coarsley grounded - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander leaves finely (chopped) - 4 tablespoons.
• Grated ginger - 1 ½ tablespoons.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 3-4 numbers.
• Onion finely (chopped) - 1 number.
• Potatoes boiled,peeled&mashed - 2 numbers.
• Spinach cleaned (chopped) - 2 bunch.
• Bread slices crumbled - 4-5 number.
• Garam masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Amchur(mango powder) - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Combine all the above ingredients (except oil) and shape into pattis. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Heat a non-stick tawa and drizzle some oil and place 4-5 kebabs and shallow fry on both sides till brown.

Serve hot with tomato sauce or date and tamarind chutney.

These were great tasting patties! One thing I changed was that I was concerned that the spinach may not cook properly, so I have microwaved the spinach for around 5 minutes, before adding it to the mix.
