Take a pan dry roast poppy seeds,sesame seeds, dry garamasalas,pepper corns roast and add this to blender add coconut powder make a paste. In antoher pan add oil, onions cook till golden brown, add to the poppy mixture blend it again keep a side. Now in a bowl add fish pieces,gingergarlic paste,coriander powder,turmuric,salt,chilli powder, lime juice, add the blended paste mix well and keep it a side for 30min. After 30 min take a non stick pan add the marinated fish in one layer and cook in a very slow flame once it is cooked one side, turn to other side cook till golden brown colour then add curry leaves, coriander leaves chopped. Finish it of with lime juice |
