|Salt And Red Chilli Powder||To Taste|
|Mustadand Seeds Paste||2||Tablespoons|
|Ginger Garlick Paste||1||Teaspoons|
|Corriander, And Curry Leaves||Leaf|
Add the all ingrediant to the chicken and soke it for one hour. And take a frying pan and add little (2tsp) of oil and add the soked chicken and cook it as shallow fry, by using lid for pan. we want to put lid and we want to cook this. In between this we want to mix the chicken oftenly, other wise it will roast one side only. after 15 minuts chicken will cook nicely and add corriander and curry leaves to it,and serve it hotly.
take bine less chicken if possible.other wise with bones also we can cook.
