Recipe of Ball Curry

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Garlic (pods) 6 Piece
Ginger (approximately 1 1/2 1 Piece
Mint Leaves 1/2 Bunch
Coriander Leaves 1/2 Bunch
Chilli Powder (quantity Is Your Preference) 3/4 Teaspoons
Turmeric Powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Green Chillies 6 Numbers
Onion (sliced) 1/2 Large
Onions (finely Chopped) 1 1/2 Large
Minced Meat 500 Grams
Curry Leaves few Numbers
Oil 2 to 4 Tablespoons
Tomato (chopped) 2 Large
Coconut Powder 2 Tablespoons

Directions

1. Sauté the chopped onions in a pan and add to minced meat. 2. Add three green chillies, finely chopped to the minced meat. 3. Add a pinch of turmeric powder, chilli powder, and salt to minced meat. 4. Chop half of the coriander leaves and add to minced meat. 5. Mix the ingredients well with the minced meat. 6. Make meat balls and set aside. 7. Grind mint and remaining coriander, ginger, garlic, green chillies into a paste and set aside. 8. Heat oil in a vessel. 9. Add sliced onions, curry leaves and a pinch of salt and fry. 10. Add the ground paste and fry well. 11. Add tomatoes and turmeric and fry till tomatoes are well cooked. 12. Add coconut powder and cook for a few minutes. 13. Add water to desired consistency. 14. Check for salt and add if required. 15. Add meat balls, reduce heat and cook till done.
