1/2 Tsp Turmeric, 1/2 Teaspoons
Garlic 4 Clove
1 Small Inch Ginger 1 Piece
2 Onions 2 Loaf
Red Chilies 4 Piece
Chicken 500 Grams
Cloves And Cardamoms- Each 6 Numbers
Oil 4 Tablespoons
Lemon For Garnishing
Salt To Taste


Clean the chicken and cut into small pieces. Make a paste of ginger, garlic, red chilies, onions, little oil, turmeric and salt. Add remaining oil, cloves, cinnamon, and cardamoms to this paste and marinate the chicken for about 1 hour. Add 1/2 cup of water to the chicken and cook until all the water disappears. Stir occasionally. Add water if it needs. Cook the chicken until oil floats on the top. Garnish with lime and onion pieces.

We have tried tonight your Chicken Chukka with Dosa. It was really nice. Everyone in the house especially kids liked it a lot.
