Recipe of chicken fry

Cinnamon 1 Stricks
Cloves 5 Numbers
Cardamon 3 Numbers
Green Chillis 10 Numbers
Oil 150 ml
Ginger Garlic Paste 3 Teaspoons
Red Chilli Powder 3 Teaspoons
Termaric Powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Salt To Taste
Mint 1 Bunch
Methi(fenugreek Leaves) 1 Bunch
Coriander 1 Bunch
Lemon 1 Small
Chicken 1 kg Numbers
Caraway Seeds 1/2 Teaspoons
Coriander Powder 1 Tablespoons
Garam Masala 1/2 Teaspoons

Directions

1. Clean 1 kg skinless chicken. 2. Add salt, tarmaric powder, red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste and lemon, mix well and keep aside for 30 min. 3. Heat non stick pan and heat oil and fry the half cut green chillies crispy with pinch of salt, remove from oil and keep a side. 4. Fry the fenugreek leaves add cardamon, cinnamon stick, cloves and caraway seed up to the nice aroma comes out. 5. now add the chicken mixture keep the lid and cook on slow flame for 10 min. 6. after 10 min remove the lid and keep on high flame and fry until the moisture dry. 7. when chicken become dry, nice color and crispy add coriander powder and garam masala, cook for 2-3 min. 8. now add finely chopped coriander leaves and fried chillies mix well. 9. off the stove and had with roti or rice.
