6. 2table Spoons Ghee 2 Teaspoons

. 1/2 Corainder Leaves 1/2 Small
2. 1bunch Of Mint Leaves 1 Small
1. 2cups Basmati Rice 2 Cup

11.lemon Juice 1 Small
12 Chicken Half Kg 1/2 Lbs
13 Ginger Garli Paste 1 Spoon 1 Tablespoons
14 Masala Powder 1 Table Spoon 1 To Taste


first cook rice by adding cloves cardamoms cinnamon stick starrise and salt . cook up to 3/4 th rice done then keep the rice on side then prepare chicken first fry onions keep on side. then fry mint leaves corainder green chilles let them cool then grind it afterwards clean the chicken and add salt , red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, 1small spoon masala powder, and grinded paste then heat the pan put 2 spoons oil and addchicken and cook afterwards take it fromm stove now takeflat bowl keep it on stove and add 2 table spoon ghee add 1 layer rice and on that add chicken and again add 1layer rice again chicken curry then on top add lemon juice and add colour in small quantity and pour on it and ghee 1spoon and keep on stove till another 1/4th rice to be cooked then remove from stove and ea

when u boiling cabbage it gets smell in orderto avoid that add elachi in that it givesood smell
