Recipe of curry leaves chicken

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Dhania Powder 2 Tablespoons
Turmaric 1/2 Tablespoons
Oil 3 Tablespoons
Curd 3 Tablespoons
Ajinamoto 1 Pinch
Salt 1 To Taste
Chilli Powder 2 Teaspoons
Cury Leaves 1 Bunch
Chicken 500 Grams
Garam Masala 1 Tablespoons
Giner Garlic Paste 2 Tablespoons
Onion 1 Small

Directions

marinate chicken with all above ingredients (except curry leaves) for 1 hour. take a pan and fry the curry leaves till they are dry and make powder of these leaves in mixer and keep a aside. now take a pan and heat oil. when onions are fried add marinated chicken keeping the lid for 15- 20 mins stirring in between. when chicken is well cooked and when you think the gravy is enough for you, then add curry leaves powder and cook for 1-2 mins . and garish with crilentro now tasty tasty curry leaves chicken is ready....it goes good with rice, chapathi

This was delicious but the recipe should be clearer since it hints that the onions are part of the marinade, when they are actually fried. Should say also to add water as the sauce boils down, and also how big a "bunch" of curry leaves is for us non-Indians! But the toasted leaves add a wonderful flavor!
