Recipe of Egg Sauce

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
White Sauce 1 1/2 Cup
Salt To Taste
Pepper 1/4 Teaspoons
Nutmeg Pinch
Cayenne Pinch
Double Cream 5 Tablespoons
Lemon Juice 2 Teaspoons
Eggs Hard Boiled 2 Numbers
Chives Or Parsley 1 Tablespoons


1.put the white sauce in a bowl, stir in the salt, pepper, nutmeg and the cayenne pepper.

2.then add the cream, lemon juice, eggs and the chives or parsley and stir well. the saucepan on low heat shirring constantly till the sauce heats.

4.serve in a sauceboat with steamed fish or vegetables.
