Description: Kheema Balls made from lamb kheema adding some spices .Cooked in only onion juice.

Recipe of Kheema Balls

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Oil 4 Tablespoons
Turmeric 1 Teaspoons
Cumin Powder 1 Teaspoons
Jaggery 1 Teaspoons
Chilli Powder 3 Teaspoons
Garam Masala 2 Teaspoons
Ginger Garic Paste 2 Teaspoons
Onions 4 Numbers
Kheema(Lamb) 250 Grams
Salt To Taste
Musterd Seeds 1/2 Teaspoons
Cumin Seeds 1/2 Teaspoons


1.First Take Kheema In Large bowl.Add Ginger Garlic Paste,Jaggery, 2tsp Red Chilli Powder,Garam Masala,turmeric,salt,Cumin Powder & mix it well.Here we used jaggery to bind balls & ofcourse it add a nice different taste. 2.Then Make small balls of it.While making balls just use some water on hand so that it won't stick. Keep that balls aside. 3.Take 4 tbsp oil in large pan. Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds and finely cut onions(also can use long sliced onions), 4.Add 1tsp red chilli Powder,turmeric,salt.Here again salt is needed,as we added lots of onions 5.After 1minute add all balls on by one.Dont mix all balls heavily so it won't break . 6.Cover the lid & put this in low heat for nearly half an hour.Here no need to add water.As all balls will be cooked in onion juice only. 7.serve with Chapati & Rice.

Recipe Tips

Do not fully cook only onions first.As it is cooked with balls .
