Recipe of kovai chicken pulusu

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Garam Masala Powder 1 Tablespoons
Cumin Powder 1 Tablespoons
Coriander Powder 1 Tablespoons
Chilli Powder 1 Tablespoons
Onion 1 Numbers
Tomato 1 Numbers
Chicken With Or Without Bone... 2 Lbs
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoons
Curry Leaves And Coriander Leaves
Salt To Taste


Take some oil in a pan, add some cumin seeds, add onions and fry till golden brown, add tomatoes ,turmeric powder,chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder and cook till tomatoes are soft and cooked..now grind the whole garam masala and add it to the mixture. Add chicken and fry it in the mixture for 5 minutes, add enough water for the gravy to have a curry consistency and close it with a lid and cook for about 15 minutes...check if chicken is cooked and soft to melt in your mouth. Garnish with fried curry leaves and coriander leaves, THE MOUTH WATERING CHICKEN PULUSU IS READY..!!!

there is nothing new or no special ingredient in this chicken curry. this is the basic chicken curry recipe u have mentioned with only the difference in terms of name kovai and pulusu.
