Coriander Pdr To Taste
Chilli Pdr 1/2 To Taste

Coriander Leaves 4 Springs
Mint Leaves(optional) 2 Springs
Garlic 4 Numbers
Ginger 1 Piece
Tomato 200 Grams
Onion Sliced 150 Grams
Chicken 1/2 Pound
Cloves 4
Cardamom 3
Bau Leaf 1
Cinnamon Stick 1
Soombu 1 Tablespoons
Peppercorns 2 Tablespoons


first clean chicken.add little ginger garlic paste,lemon to it &marinate it for 20 min. in a blender combine all the garam masala ,ginger, galic , peppercorns ,blend it like coarse & keep it aside. now in a seperate blender combine tomatoes, mint leaves & blend. heat oil in the cooker add litle garam masala saute for 1 minute,now add onion & fry till cooked . now add garam masala paste to it & fry till it gets nice aroma. when aroma comes out add chicken & fry .after frying add grinded tomatoes& mix well. add little water if needed. when tomatoes are cooked .add salt ,chilli pdr,coriander pdr & bring it to boil.close the ,leave for 5 whisle.after whisle remove lid add coriander leaves,curry leaves when the gravy thickens.

it tastes beter when the gravy thickens.for rotti varites have with sliced onions.
