Ingredients used in Mutton Goli
• Minced goat meat - 500 grams.
• Egg - 2 numbers.
• Ginger - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Ginger - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic flakes - 10 numbers.
• Green chilli - 3 numbers.
• Cardamom - 2 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Grind the above written ingredients with keema (minced mutton).
  • In a marinating dish, transfer the above ground material.
  • Add egg, and butter. Marinate for 2 hours.
  • Make round balls of keema.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the keema goli till golden red.

Serve with onion rings, lemon pieces and tomato sauce.
