Recipe of Simple Boiled Egg Curry

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Turmeric 1 Pinch
Cumin Powder 1/2 Tablespoons
Corriander Powder 1 Tablespoons
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoons
Tomatoes 2 Numbers
Onions 2 Big
Eggs 4 Numbers
Chilli Powder 1 Tablespoons


1) Boil the eggs 2) Heat the pan and add oil ,onions , little bit salt. when onions become transparent add ginger garlic paste and turmeric . Fry this until ginger garlic paste loses its raw smell. 3) Add Corriander Powder ,Cumin powder and Chilli Powder . If u want spicy u can add peppr powder also. 4) Add the chopped tomatoes and close the lid . After 5 to 10 mins u can see tomatoes to be cooked. Add the salt to taste. 5) Cut the boiled eggs into halves ,removes yellow yolk halves and put aside. 6) Now cut all the white yolks into small cubes and add these white yolk cubes into curry . mix well. 7) After mixing well just add the yellow yolk halves and garnish with Corrainder leaves.
