Dear sir, Thank you for your recipes. I actually started cooking using them and with wonderful results. I am in Germany now and going to cook the chicken curry using tomato onion gravy. Hi Chef, I am a long time fan of yours. I have tried a lot of your recipes and they have all been praised by friends and family. Recently I am looking at options of moving to Paleo lifestyle because of health reasons. Many of your recipes are paleo approved. but I do not see any good breakfast recipe which is Paleo approved. I am sure if you want you can put together quite a few of these. Do you have any plans of introducing "paleo" category in your website showcasing breakfast/lunch/dinner/snacks recipes.

I Love your cooking- so easy and tasty. My question is how do i get the "full" flavor in my cooking, with out adding water ( I dont like to do that) i feel sometimes its taste "bare" not the rich taste is it not enough salt ? did i not cook the masalas long enough...i have trouble with the dahl.
