Hi sanjay, I think you will surely help me out. i am trying to make gulab jamuns using instant mix powder. But while frying them they are getting breaks. And when I am putting them in syrup they are becoming like any thing. i am getting good taste but not shape. Plz can you help me.

Sanjay, you are doing a wonderful job, by sharing your recipes, and most of all FREE. If you are interested we could cook someday from my cookbook together. When you refer to coconut powder in your recipes, e.g Shrimp Curry Goan style, do you mean dessicated coconut or coconut powder which is used to make coconut milk in most Thai and Indian cuisines. Hello sir, you are doing really a great job. you made my life easier. I never knew cooking and never wanted to cook. I always avoided cooking. But after seeing your videos I feel myself as a chef and whatever I am cooking is turning out great and I am in the kitchen the whole day trying as many recipes as possible.
