Hi sanjay, I think you will surely help me out. i am trying to make gulab jamuns using instant mix powder. But while frying them they are getting breaks. And when I am putting them in syrup they are becoming like any thing. i am getting good taste but not shape. Plz can you help me.

When you refer to coconut powder in your recipes, e.g Shrimp Curry Goan style, do you mean dessicated coconut or coconut powder which is used to make coconut milk in most Thai and Indian cuisines.
