Hi sir, why there is not many recipes for cauliflower. If I search for cauliflower recipes , I get disappointed. I can find 2 or 3 types of gravies, manchurian, or gobi 65. So chef, can u please suggest some new and interesting recipes regarding cauliflower.

Hello sir I regularly purchase rohu fish. Sometimes it is tasting very bitter . I always follow the same procedure while cooking.I think there are not cutting the fish properly in the two shops where i purchase. Is there any procedure to clean the pieces to reduce the bitterness ?

Hi Chef, do you think induction cooktop can be used effectively for all Indian cooking. We live in Netherlands and need to decide about our next kitchen investment. Induction seems to be more attractive option on cost and flexibility however we have no experience using induction and wondering if it can all do that Indian cooking needs like deep frying, chapati and Curry’s. I learnt cooking from my mom. She learnt the art from her mom. Everyone in my family can cook great. Includes my dad too. That is where I learnt how to cook, from my mom and dad and my grandmother. Then as I was growing up and I was in my teenage I stumbled upon your YouTube channel. You've been inspiring me ever since. I'm 25 now, my real cooking journey started when I was 21 when migrated to Bengaluru from Mangaluru. I have a corporation job but I cook my own food Many of my friends have tasted my recipes and I get demand to get it cooked for them again. Hi Chef Sanjay. I have tried many of your recipes and it always turns out to be very good. I was in fact very proud of my cooking. Until today, when i tried to make rasamalai. Something must have went wrong somewhere which i cant understand. My chena after draining was very sticky. I could not make balls as it was sticking to my hand. Can you share what could be the reason. Thanks.

Namaste Sanjaygaru, we are residing in Dubai - we have tried many times aratipuvvu (banana flower) recipes like porial, koora etc and always getting bitter taste due to which we could not use the cooked one & thrown completely-we followed the correct method of removing black stem & petal and washed in the butter milk, but still getting bitter taste & so, got disappointed many times and so stopped trying them since long time-pl advise the remedy with the clear cut video
