Hi Chef Sanjay. I have tried many of your recipes and it always turns out to be very good. I was in fact very proud of my cooking. Until today, when i tried to make rasamalai. Something must have went wrong somewhere which i cant understand. My chena after draining was very sticky. I could not make balls as it was sticking to my hand. Can you share what could be the reason. Thanks.
Namaste Sanjaygaru, we are residing in Dubai - we have tried many times aratipuvvu (banana flower) recipes like porial, koora etc and always getting bitter taste due to which we could not use the cooked one & thrown completely-we followed the correct method of removing black stem & petal and washed in the butter milk, but still getting bitter taste & so, got disappointed many times and so stopped trying them since long time-pl advise the remedy with the clear cut video
