Hi Chef, in your receipe for the yummy lamb fry you show in your video that we have to add garam masal to the oil. Could you please tell me what the masal is as I have no clue and unable to see what garam masal you are adding to the oil. Coming to my query i want to know the difefrence between cooking soda, fruit salt and baking soda. I want to know when each of them need to be used and the difference each of them make to food.

Hello Sanjay Sir, I am a big fan of all your receipes. I will be cooking chicken biryani today. I am planning to use pressure cooker as it is heavy bottom. I want to ask you should I put the lid and let him whistle 3-4 times on medium flame for 30 mins or I should first cover thr cooker with a towel and then put some other lid...(not the usual one with whistle.) Please help :)

Hi Vah chef, thanks so much for your videos. I am in college 400 miles away from home and am not able to learn from my grandmother like I would like. However with your videos I am learning something new and am able to surprise my mother each time with new curries and food. I live in an apartment and thus have to cook quickly (as I am a pre-med student). Hi Chef, I have finally learnt to prepare the chicken briyani following the simple techniques on the video. Only thing was when i removed it, it was litte bit burnt underneath. where did i go wrong. Rest taste everthing was very very good. Your method of explaining is superb. Warm regards.
