| • 3/4 bag of steamed baby peas(frozen in market) - 3/4 bag. | |
| • Quadruple-grinded hamburger meat(ask butcher) - 1 lbs. | |
| • 1 small chopped onion - 1 numbers. | |
| • Beef stock - .5 cup. | |
| • Egg whites - 2-3 numbers. | |
| • Bread crumbs - .5 cup. | |
| • Canola oil - 1 tablespoons. |
2 ways to make this---chunky or fine. If doing the fine method, use a hand blender to grind up the cooked meat, fine, before adding peas and bay leaves. 1. Fry onions in canola oil for 1 Min.
