Ingredients used in Chicken Ghee Roast
• Vinigar - 2 tablespoons.
• Kashmiri chillies (depending on - 250 grams.
• Ghee - 1 cup.
• Chicken - 1000 grams.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Cumin powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Curry leaves - 5 .
Method:
Clean chicken and cut them. soak kashmiri chillies in warm water for 1/2hr and then grind it with little water, vinigar and salt to a fine paste. in a pan heat ghee, when hot add curry leaves and fry well and then add the ground paste and fry well add chicken peices and mix well. and cook on slow fire closing the lid without adding water. when the chicken is 3/4th done add in coriander powder and cumin powder and mix well and then cook till chicken is done.
