Ingredients used in chicken roast
• Eggs - 2 .
• Lemon - 1 .
• Chicken masala - 1tbsp tablespoons.
• Ginger-garlic paste - 2tbsp tablespoons.
• Red chilli powder - 2tbsp tablespoons.
• Salt - according to taste to taste.
• Chicken - 1/2 kg lbs.
• Cornflour - 2-3tbsp tablespoons.
• Curd - 2tbsp tablespoons.
• Red colour - a pinch pinch.
Method:
bowl+chicken+salt+red chilli powder+ginger-garlic paste+chicken masala+lemon+eggs+mix+leave it for 30 min+then add red colour+cornflour+curd+mix. then,pan+oil+heat+put the above marinated chicken and fry till it gets brownish colour.
