Ingredients used in Fish Prawns in Palak Spinach
• Black pepper pdr - 1 teaspoons.
• Garam masala pdr - 1 tablespoons.
• Onions chopped - 1 large.
• Ginger n garlic paste - 2 teaspoons.
• Palak / spinach (fresh) - 500 grams.
• Prawns / fish - 250 grams.
• Butter - 1 tablespoons.
• Ghee - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
Boil 1 cup water in a thick bottom pan, add the fresh palak, cook for 10 mins, strain and blend. Dont throw the water, you can drink it as soup with just a little butter, salt n pepper. Fry the onions n GNG paste, add the garam masala, when the oil starts to separate and the blended palak, check for salt, let it cook on low, in the meanwhile fry the seafood ever so lightly in butter with some pepper, add to the palak, simmer for 10 mins. Done. Add some ghee on top for the finish, but its optional.
