Ingredients used in Fish puttu
• Curry leaves - 2 string .
• Gralic - 1 pod .
• Onions - 5 .
• Baby shark /tuna - 700 grams.
• Red chilli pwd - 1and 1/2 spoon .
• Tumeric pwd - 1/4 spoon .
Method:
Add the baby shark in boiling water and cook foe about 10mins. Remove the skin and bones . Break it into small pieces like puttu better done by your hand. Add oil in the Kadai,fry the onions with little salt and after about 2 min add the garlic and tumeric pwd and fry until golden brown. Now add chillie pwd mix and add the fish puttu keep it on he stove and stir when needed until it not sticky. Granish with corriander leaves.
