Ingredients used in Golden Buck
• Eggs lightly beaten - 4 numbers.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Cheese grated - 1 1/4 cup.
• Beer - 5 tablespoons.
• Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoons.
• Lemon juice - 1 teaspoons.
• Cayenne pepper a - pinch.
• Celery salt a - pinch.
• Buttered toast - 4 numbers.
• Parsley - 2 teaspoons.
Method:

1.melt the butter in a small skillet. add the cheese, beer, worcestershire sauce,lemon juice, and seasoning .

2.then add the eggs, stir untill eggs are lightly set ;spoon the mixture onto the hot toasts.

3.garnish with fresh parsley and serve.nbsp;
