Ingredients used in Kabsa
• Basmati rice - 500 grams.
• Tomato ketchup - 2 tablespoons.
• Dalchini - 5 piece.
• Tomatoes - 500 grams.
• Onion - 3 piece.
• Sahizeera - 2 teaspoons.
• Bay leaves - 5 piece.
• Ilaichi - 10 piece.
• Loung - 10 piece.
• Mutton with bone big peices - 500 grams.
• Oil - 4 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Black pepper - 25 piece.
• Green chilli - 5 piece.
Method:

Soak the rice for about 1 hour, take oil in a cooker and heat it, when the oil is hot add whole of garam masala to the oil and then add onion to it add then add ginger garlic paste add tomatoes, when the tomatoes are done then add green chilles and then add tomato ketchup,add mutton then salt to taste, when the mutton stat oozing water add little more water and close the lid of the cooker, heat it for 10 - 15 minutes allow it to cool it down and check the taste as it may require so salt . take out all the mutton pieces and keep aside add little more water ( should be sufficient for rice to cook) bring it to boil then add rice and mutton to it then cook till the rice is done
