Ingredients used in Kulfa ghost
• Black pepper - 8-10 numbers.
• Tomato chopped - 2 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Oil - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Red chillie powder - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Salt (according to taste) - 1 tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch.
• Kulfa - 1 bunch.
• Mutton - 250 grams.
• Cloves (lavang) - 2 numbers.
• Green chillies - 2-3 numbers.
• Ginger sliced - small piece.
• Coriander leaves for garnish - .
Method:
Instructions Take onion, coriander leaves, black pepper, (1) green chilly, cloves, grind it in mixer for 30 seconds. Fry the mixed contents and ginger garlic paste in the oil till brown. Add red chilli powder and salt fry for one minute. Add Kulfa cut in leaves into this mixture and fry till kulfa mixed well and leaves smell of kulfa. Add the meat and cook again to let the water dry. Now add tomato and leave it on sim for 5 minutes. Add 1 glass of water cover and leave to tenderize. Cook till water dries. Garnish with fresh chopped green chilies, coriander, slices of ginger. Serve with chapati or naan Serving: 2 -3 persons
