Ingredients used in Lagan Kabab
• Coriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Red chilli powder - 1-12 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Vinegar - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander - 12 bunch.
• Garlic - 8-9 clove.
• Ginger - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Onions - 2-3 .
• Mince(beef or mutton) - 500 grams.
• Tomatoes - 5-6 big.
• Oil - 7-8 tablespoons.
• Green chilly - 5-6 numbers.
Method:
Slice the large tomatoes in disc form. Take a Pan and heat it...Layer these tomatoes to form a layer..a thick layer at the bottom. Put the Oil keep on low flame.
