Ingredients used in left over chicken curry ka biryani
• Gharam masala - 2 teaspoons.
• Oil or ghee - 4 tablespoons.
• Cooked rice - required .
• Chicken curry - available cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onions(sliced) - 1 .
Method:
Add ghee and then Add onions and fry them until they go brown,then add the left over chicken curry fry this for 5 mins and then add rice and stir it for 10 mins until every thing mix well and good then add required gharam masala and salt if required mix it well and before u dish out add cilantro n mint as topping and serve this with onion raitha
