Ingredients used in mustard prawn curry
• Coconut milk - 200 ml.
• Roasted red chillie - 10 or 13 numbers.
• Clove - 2 piece.
• Cinnamon - 1 piece.
• Mustard - 1 tablespoons.
• Jeera - 2 tablespoons.
• Poppy seed - 5 tablespoons.
• Medium size tomato - 3 numbers.
• Garlic - 50 grams.
• Small onion - 150 grams.
• Prawns - 500 grams.
• Coriander leaf - small.
• Oil - 50 ml.
• White vinegar or lime juice - 10 ml.
Method:

first grind poppy seed, cinnamon, clove, jeera,red chiilie,mustard to nice powder then grind small onion ,garlic amp; tomato mix the two paste well and grind it till it is as smooth as butter now place the kadai and add the paste, prawns , salt to taste,and oil and mix well and allow to cook till the prawns get cooked and the gravy reaches the stage were it gives out oil, now add coconut milk and allow to boil add finely chopped coriander leaves to it switch off and finally add lime juice to it and mix well
