Ingredients used in prawns dhania masala
• Cumin pdr. - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoons.
• White vinegar - 2 tablespoons.
• Ginger choped - 1 teaspoons.
• Garlic - 2 clove.
• Sesami oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Water - 2 tablespoons.
• Packed mint leaves - 1/3 cup.
• Packed coriander leaves - 2/3 cup.
• For paste - .
• Onion - 200 gm .
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Prawns with tail intact - 1.5 killo grams.
• Chilli pdr. - 1 teaspoons.
• Fennel pdr. - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - 1 teaspoons.
• Cardamom pdr. - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Crushed black pdr - 1/2 teaspoons.
Method:
1. Shell and devein prawns but keep tails. 2. Blend masala ingredient into smooth paste. 3. heat oil in large pan; cook onion until brown. 4. add masala paste in pan, cook until fragrant. 5. put prawns; cook for 5 minutes or until prawns are cooked. serve with rice, chapati or as starter.
