Ingredients used in Egg Bonda
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
• Corriader(chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Onions(chopped) - 2 small.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 5-6 numbers.
• Chilli powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Eggs(boiled) - 4 numbers.
• Besan - 1 cup.
• Eggs - 2-3 numbers.
• Lemon juice - 20 ml.
Method:
Take a Bowl and cut the boiled eggs into half and seperate yellow from white. Now smash egg yellow and add 1tsp chilli powder,onions,green chillies,coriander,salt ,lemon juice and mix well. Now stuff this into egg white and keep aside. Now take unboiled eggs and seperate egg white because we use only egg white for this. now take besan and add rest of chilli powder, salt and egg white and mix well Now dip the stuffed eggs in this batter and deep fry in oil.
