Ingredients used in fish kulambu
• Tamarind - lemon size .
• Tomato - 1 small.
• Onion - 1 big.
• Red chilly - 5 numbers.
• Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - half handfull leaf.
• Fennugreek seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 2 teaspoons.
• Fish - 5 piece.
• Sesame oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Coconut - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:

1. cut the onions and tomatoes 2. dry roast red chillies,cumind seeds, curry leavesf for few minutes and add coriander powder and fry for a minute and keep it aside. 3. take a table spoon of oil in a pan and fry half of the cut onions and keep it aside. 4. grind together the igredients mentioned in step 2amp;3 and make a paste 5.grind the coconut separately 6.take oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leave , the remaining onion and saute well.after that add tomatoes and saute well 7 add the paste from step 4 along with tamarind sauce and allow it to boil 8 add the coconut paste and allow it to boil 9 add the fish pieces and keep the flame in sim for 10 minutes 10 turn off the gas and the kulambu is ready 8
