Ingredients used in fish kebab
• Whole coriander seeds crushed well - 2 teaspoons.
• Coriander - bunch large.
• Green chillis - 7 numbers.
• Mint sauce - 1 teaspoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 4 tablespoons.
• Tuna fish - 4 cans can.
• Salt to taste - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Dried methi leaves - 3 teaspoons.
• Eggs - 3 numbers.
Method:
put ginger garlic paste, mint sauce, green chillis, fresh coriander, dried methi leaves, salt, all in a blender and make a fine paste. drain the tuna fish from any oil or water throughly, then add the paste to the tuna fish and mix throughly together, add egg to bind the ingredients together. whisk 2 eggs. with the mixture divide into flat burger shapes, then dip in egg mixture and fry both side until brown.
