Ingredients used in SEYAL PHULKA SEYAL BREAD
• Garlic(crushed) - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Asafoetida - 1 pinch.
• Tomato(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 3 numbers.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Kasuri methi - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Chapathi - 2 numbers.
• Water - 1/2 cup.
• Bread - 2 slice.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and saute it.
  • Add mustard seeds, asafoetida, tomato, 1 teaspoon chopped green chillies, red chili powder, kasuri methi, turmeric powder, little water and stir it until it forms a paste.
  • Add water and bring it to boil and transfer half of mixture into another pan.
  • Make leftover chapathi into pieces, add this to one pan and cook it.
  • Add bread pieces to another pan and cook it.
  • Transfer into serving bowls separately and garnish with lime juice, coriander leaves, fried green chillies.

Now the seyal phulka, seyal bread is ready to serve.
