Ingredients used in quik chiken 65
• Red color - pinch.
• Curry leaf - bunch.
• Ginger garlic - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Cumin powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Chilli - 2 teaspoons.
• Haldi - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Curd - 1/2 cup.
• Chicken - 1 lbs.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lemon juice - pinch.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
Cut and wash chicken peices add haldi, chilli, cumin pwd, coriander pwd, and ginger garlic set aside. In grinder mix curd and curry leaf to paste. Add this mixture to the chicken and sprinkle with a little lemon juice. Add red color if you like . Heat your pan on medium flame add oil, then add chicken. Cover for about 5-10 minutes the gravy will start to dry up on its own. Fry til as dry as you like it. And serve hot with chapati :)......
