Ingredients used in Steamed fish
• Oil To Fry.
• Ginger garlic paste 2 Teaspoons.
• Salt To Taste.
• Black pepper pdr 1/2 Teaspoons.
• Green chilies 6 Numbers.
• Coriander leaves 2 Bunch.
• Fish [surmi or catla] 500 Grams.
• Green color 2 Pinch.
• Lemon juice 2 Teaspoons.
• Lemon 4to5 Slice.
How to make the recipe:
Clean fish and remove moisture Grind dry paste of coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, salt black pepper pdr green color mix all ingredients and keep a side slant to come out all excess water. When all excess water comes out another side remove masala and apply to fish and keep in fridge for about 3 hours. And take a vessel spread 2tsp of oil and keep fish with a distance of 2 inches to each piece. With simmer flame on stove cook for 5 mins and turn fish slowly without breaking and cook another side for more 5 mins . Then remove from flame keep aside preheat tawa with 1 tsp of oil and fry fish
