Ingredients used in White Chicken
• Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp .
• Fresh cream - 1 cup.
• Cashewnut powder - 1 cup.
• Cuminseeds(roasted and coarsely crushed) - 1 tbsp .
• Butter - 100 grams.
• Chicken pieces - 1 medium bottle.
• Salt to taste - .
• Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp .
Method:
Boil the chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste and salt until tender In a pan melt butter and add cumin seeds. Stir a little then add cashewnut powder and fry for some time Add the boiled chicken to this along with the stock. Stir nicely for sometime and then finally add the beaten fresh cream to this. Mix it nicely and decorate with coriander leaves. And Enjoy!!!!!
